Need Custom Graphic Design Created

Simple I need a custom graphic design created sot hat I can program into a website. This is what you need to know for the design [login to view URL] You can see that it's a mix of blogs, articles, and videos. I'm import that for each tile we can add some kind of image if we choose. However there's too much white space and the font is too small. An example site that not a data analytics site but looks good is. [login to view URL] Obviously we don't want the initial full screen image but once you scroll down you see the 3 tile row is full screen with nice size font and abstract. I also like that fact that the navigation stays with you as you scroll down. I think we need "recordings", "interviews", "blogs", "events" and the usual about us etc. Like layout to be based on [login to view URL] The client really likes the layout and color scheme of [login to view URL] though with maybe a different color. i need this done within 24 hours. payment will be paid in full upon completion.
