Need to generate CDR file for an image

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me generate a CDR (coreldraw) file for an image. The image file I have is in JPEG format. I need the vector file that I require for the output CDR file. Additionally, I need the CDR file to be editable. The print will be on 245x124x121mm Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in CorelDRAW or similar software to create CDR files - Experience working with JPEG images and converting them to CDR format - Attention to detail to ensure the dimensions of the output file are accurate - Ability to create editable CDR files to allow for future modifications.
