I need a 2D/3D Motion Graphic Design

I need an intro for my online course videos and I have an idea of having all the eclipses on our logo to come together from being scattered and assembled together in it's position with a glowing effects on all the four eclipse and then fades into becoming the original logo. Then the ball in the middle of the quadrants should bounce like twice before entering the right position and then remains rolling in between the quadrants. Finally, all the text can then fade in from the football to assemble at their correct position.
I would prefer the main background to be either black or navy blue as shown in the attached logo below.
