I need some Graphic Design

I am looking for a creative design to turn some words into imagery for a new website that I am doing. The website is a job board for Africa and the imagery needs to represent the very simple "process" of registering on the database as both an employer and a job seeker. I am looking for something that is not too crazy but it must be creative and represent the process. For example for a candidate / job seeker the process is: 1. Register yourself on the database 2. Search for your perfect job or jobs or just register yourself to be searchable 3. Wait for employers to contact you about your application 4. Interviews, work your magic etc, find your ideal job 5. Get employed! The process for an employer using the site would be as follows: 1. Register and purchase credits 2. Load jobs onto the website or search for candidates 3. Receive your applications 4. Employ / find your candidate! It is important to note that I do not want to many words in the diagrams, perhaps one key word could be used like "register / search / hire / magic" - but I want it represented mainly in imagery and perhaps in a circular or even line flow.. I am attaching the initial design of the home page so that the look and feel can be understood ALSO the logo. the colouring should also be kept too, khaki, plum and earth tones are too be used. I want to elaborate that the main thing I am looking for here is CREATIVITY AND OUT OF THE BOX THINKING. End result: 2 image diagrams to add onto careerpool site. thank you.
