Online Test Portal Project

Objective - Provide Online Exam to candidates and opportunity to Trainer/Institute for working with us.

Language – PHP & My Sql (Run on Linux Server Hosting)

Requirements

1 - Login Type – Two Types (Admin Login & Student Login & Institute Login)

Admin/Student Login - Admin Login is Main Panel for control and manages all activities & Student login is basic rights only.

Institute Login – All Training Institute in India register here and admin activate his account if he pay successfully. After that he access paid test.

Example - When he registered successfully on our portal his institute name add in our portal like this automatically after approved –

2 - Dashboard (After Login Student & Admin)

For Admin –

• Left Sidebar Show All Menu

• Dashboard Showing following functions in right side – Latest Registered Users Widget, Latest Institute Registered Widget, Online Users, Latest Free & Paid Test

• Other Add from Developer Side for special look.

For Registered Students –

• Left Sidebar Show Limited Menu

• Dashboard Showing following functions in right side – Latest Free Test (10-15 maximum),Latest Paid Test (10-15 Maximum other in Next Option)

• Other Add from Developer Side for special look.

For Registered Institute –

• Upload Test Option(But approve by main administrator when he uploaded)

• On Top Institute Name Showing

• Upload images of institutes and self option

• Show Same Free & Paid Test Widgets & Self Test Uploaded & His own registered Student Widget

Note – Paid Test Allowed for paid members only. Show all free and paid test but when we activated then he authorize for taking test only.

3 - Admin Control and Management Options –

• Add Category & Sub Category (For Test)

• User Roles Management (Give Rights)

• Add /Manage User

• Add/Manage/Configuration Test Options

• Add /Manage Pages For our own website like support, about us more.

• Add/Manage Institutes Pages & Activities

• Add/Manage Default Email Templates

• Add/Manage Default Quiz Result Templates

• Add/Manage Institute Panel

• Test Setting /Management

• More Functions Add By Developers.

4-Institute Option (Our Plan)-

• Give Private Key For every institute for secure login

• In Student Register Form – Add Institute Reference key or code (It help to find out which student comes from which institute) so we give commission on that case.

5- Miscellaneous Options For Admin Panel and Test Taker

• Test Type Name – Full Test (200 Questions),Section Test(40 Questions),Mini Test (10-25)

• Score - Full Marks & Penalty Option

• Score Card Showing After Taking Test including name of test,original Score,penalty score,final score

• Result also showing in graph, bar, circle

• Result auto mail to user option

• Logged in user have option to select category wise test like banking, ssc, railway by name etc... Means make filter n all... by default mixed show.

• IP restriction for login – (Do not allow 1 account login from 2 ip’s at same time)

• Test include good tools like mathematical, symbols, images etc all...when inserting questions.

• Choose good loading style when clicking menu and options.

• Every Test have own rating system.

Main Aim of this project is -

1. Student register and take test (free and paid)

2. Institutes register and he also have option for test generate and use our test when he purchase our packages.

3. Institutes also have option add user his own account but we check first and get commission own that base.

4. Register Time - Student option for give reference key or code so we give commission to institutes.

5. Payment receive option – From student and Institutes register (monthly wise and yearly wise)

6. Admin Panel controls all activities of student and institute.

7. Make Activate and deactivate account system for services.
