I'd like to create a concept for a new real estate business called 33 Reality. This will include the logo, business card design, sign board design and a colour pallet to be used across both digital and print.

Logo
- 33 in the same mint colour as the mirador group colour palet
- 33 should be stylised and the word 'Realty' plain and easy to read
- The words 'Realty' after 33. A couple of variations to see options in lower, upper and sentence case.
- Will need to be provided in full colour, black and white/transparent.
- Please provide a few different versions of the logo design.
Social Media Icons
- Need to include the logo
- Will be used for instragram profile pic, facebook profile pic
- Need Facebook cover page image with logo
Colour palet
- My client like the colour palet of Mirador - in particular the mint green, cream and dark green/grey. Can you please provide CMYK and RGB colour codes. Please also suggest any other complimentary colours.
Sign boards
- two versions (1 'For Lease', 1 'For Sale').
- Dark green background (from the Mirador colour palet)
- White wording, full colour logo (33 in mint, with 'Realty' in white)
Business card
- Front (33 only on dark green background)
- Back (Full colour logo , placeholders for contact details, websites, instagram and facebook page URLs)
Please provide a couple of options of each design element.
Please include unlimited changes in your price proposal.
