Redesign of All-Female Owned Law Firm Website

We are looking for a web designer and a website maintenance. We are willing to pay a design fee (up to $1200) and then a maintenance fee every month of about $80-100 depending on experience.
We are a law firm, I want a clean and direct website that appeals to the digital and entertainment client in a professional manner. We need simple with spots of color because we are a firm with personality and we care about clients. So it will come off as friendly. We are not litigation, but transaction and help clients find solutions.
We also need someone to update the website with our blog articles and periodic photo changes and bug fixes, as well as register the company with Google Business and Yelp.
