Remote Sales Phone Support -- 2

Incoming and prospective customers reach us by phone every day and I need those calls turned into satisfied buyers. From your home office you will answer inbound sales enquiries, guide callers through product options, overcome objections, close the order, and record each interaction in the CRM. Occasional follow-up or outbound courtesy calls may be required when a quote needs that extra push. Clear spoken English, a quiet workspace, a reliable headset or VoIP line, and a stable internet connection are essential because call quality directly affects conversion. Familiarity with standard call-center tools or cloud PBX platforms will help you hit the ground running. Deliverables: • Real-time handling of all assigned inbound sales calls • Brief call notes entered into the CRM before logging off each shift • End-of-day summary report highlighting hot leads, closed sales, and any issues that need escalation If you can combine a friendly tone with proven sales skills while working independently from home, this role is a great fit.
