Review system display issue worpdress

I need some changes to an existing website. We currently have a review system that need store be transfered to a new design. We have had someone from freelancer attempt to install it but has only partially installed it. When posting an article under the review section the review is not displaying. I would like someone who can resolve this issue and have reviews displaying on the site. You can view our review system at [login to view URL] and our [login to view URL] is where we would like the system to be finalised and integrated into the design. Ideally I would like this to be cheap as possible as it simply is just a display issue.
