T-Shirt with Western Cowboy

T-Shirt with Western US Cowboy illustration and cows. Not "cartoon-like". Not "lush book illustration." Not a photograph but could be "close" to realistic. The older, more traditional Leanin' Tree card artwork might provide a reference point (except they've seemingly diversified) or I might be able to provide other reference points for style. The Cowboy is either side-view or 2/3 back view. He's wearing a hat. He's looking away towards the horizon (2/3 view, preferred) or he's looking across the shirt very slightly down. This cowboy is clean-cut (not a grubby appearance). Illustrated but not a cartoon-like appearance. Lighting may be slightly shadowy. Silhouette is also possible maybe not preferred. In the distance are gentle hills with cows. Looking for an attractive scene, not so much of a cartoon scene. Text will be added. We're thinking cowboy left, hills at horizon, text in lower right quadrant. A convincing improvement over that is ok if approved. I only want to award this to someone who has demonstrated skill in the quality of illustration we're thinking of. And if you don't know what a US Western Cowboy looks like or can't illustrate one, please don't apply. Would like to do this one at $50 +/- to get rolling. While this is a modest budget especially for a US designer with talent I do anticipate future repeat work to develop over time. If I can't locate a designer with the style hoped for this might be converted to a contest.
