I’m in need of someone that can CLEARLY tell the difference between Big Brand/Big Agency level designs & low professional designs/amateur designs.

 In your Job application send me 3 links to designs that you have created. DO NOT SEND ME LINK TO PORTFOLIO. I just want 3 links to your best video ads. Thats it. Thats all I want in the application. Many designers on this platform don’t have the “eye” to recognize GREAT vs good designs. I need someone that has the EYE!

 You not only have to have an eye for highest quality designs. I need you to be able to explain why a design does not look top level. 

I am working with 6/10 level or 7/10 level designers. That do not have a great eye for designs. They follow directions, but not very creative.
Your job will be to look some animated poster designs & motion graphic designs & guide the designer into making revisions that will make the design MUCH better. These are the type of video commercials I’ve trying to produce:
