Sketch of a Office and Storage

I am trying to get a clean sketch of a office / storage complex to submit to planning to try and get approved for a build.

The lot for the build measures 225 ft. of road frontage and 800 ft deep. The property is a long rectangle. The building on the front of the property will be the office and we would like this to match the taller part of the white building. (80 ft wide, 20 ft deep) The excess of the white building to the left and right will not be needed. We would like parking in front of the building and as wide as the building. 8 to 12 parking spots.

-We would like the entry for the complex to be in the shape of a U from the road. The office will sit inside the U and the bottom of the U will connect to the fence that connects the two storage units that are 50 ft deep and 600 ft long

-The wood pictured is what we would like to have one foot from the side of the storage buildings on the outside and 5 feet from the fence we would like to have trees every 20 ft
