Summer Holiday information PDF/Image/

I need to make a pdf/image or small visualization towards our customer to inform them that the summer holiday season is upcoming and that we are running with minimal personel during a certain period.
Text will of course be provided - that would be something like:
"Main season for the summer holidays at DEKO starts mid-July to mid-August: Our back office, warehouse and production will be staffed with a minimum staff during this period."
