toolbar bitmaps redesign

Toolbar (24bpp) bitmaps (BMP format) and button bitmaps redesign.

There are 7 toolbars with an average of 5 buttons/toolbar

with 2 sets of bitmaps enable/disable states and 3 buttons

with 4 images per button (up state/ down state/ focused state and disabled state). Images are not larger than 40pix/40pix. Buttons

BMP files are prefixed pb_*[url removed, login to view] where X suffix is

-for 'd' for down state, 'f' focused state, 'x'-disabled state and 'u'

up state. Each toolbar button image should remain 26x26 pixels as in attached files. The background color may be changed from RGB(109,109,109) to any grey range (but not white or black).

The tooolbar images has to be much nicer and sugestive then the actual ones. The attached file contains a text file explaining each toolabr image meaning. The existent product using these images can be found at [url removed, login to view] (Getic3D @ download pages)
