Transform a few static html pages into Drupal 7

Look I will be honest here: I have not worked with Drupal in a while, and that is part of the reason that I gave such a long time period to get the site done in; as I am sure I am going to have to relearn some things as I go. That said, I used to be really heavily involved in Drupal 6 development, and in fact when I was doing that I tended to be pretty pioneering (as far as I know I was one of the first people that started integrating flash into Drupal); so I am not a novice either. I also work really hard, and will do everything I can to make sure you are happy with the final product. (I don't have a lot of reviews, but the ones that I do have all say that.) I am asking for closer to the top tier amount on this project simply because anything that I do I pour myself into, and I just don't want to spend 40 hours crafting a website for you to only make $50 off of it. (I assure you that you will get your money's worth regardless.) I have already started playing around with some of the Drupal 7 and looking at mobile options, but as of right now I don't have a favorite module for that. (In part because I think some are better at some tasks than others, and it somewhat depends on what kind of information you are wanting to present.) So here is what I suggest: talk to me about the project, let me look at the pages that you are wanting to convert, give me a chance to throw a few rough mock ups your way, and let’s see where things go.
