Urgent 5 day deadline

I need an existing website rebuilt. I need you to design and build my online store. If you can add new features to existing website and change design look ok. The admin panel is fantastic and I want something good like this. Matching webview apps to go with website for iOS and Android where user downloads in App Store. New features needed Web sms notifications and system to send specials, order reminders etc Update homepage to have 4 order options to click and navigate to: School lunch orders Workplace food deliveries Home food deliveries Baby & Toddler meal deliveries Function and Party catering Add a new order option -recurring payment This is an order user will select to have it will repeat the order every week/fortnight/month that user selects and charge the credit card on the date they elect to prepay for the orders before delivery. Update classes in admin so admin programs each school class. In front end user selects preprogrammed class for school/business etc elected from Dropbox. No manual entry from user Same for dates of delivery to school/business etc. admin needs to program days of service. User at front selects from dropbox. At present user enters manually at front end on data service not abailble and its a nightmare. Setup survey system to communicate with users Have weekly special box for each weeks order special for school. User asked if they want to special yes/no then to full menu if they say no
