HI My name is Michelle Niles and I am the owner and founder of a small company with very big expansion plans in the future. My primary target market is yacht crew and yachts crew owner (billionaires in the hamptons and palm beach). There are several different services my company provides; 1. We are an agency that recruits and trains qualified yacht crew and through our connections and clients (the captains) we place them as yacht crew on their yachts to work in various different job positions (captain, stewardess, mate, deckhand, chef etc...) 2. I have recently started an angle of the business that is renting these yachts out to high end clients (we call this a charter) for this reason I now need the website to attract a high end clientele. 3. We also specialize in the hamptons and Palm Beach and I don't feel the site it really getting that message out. I was born and raised in the hamptons so it is important to let that shine through somewhere so that I am that clientele.. 4. We provision for the yachts 5. we have a catering company 6. I teach classes so that the crew can better themselves and I am interested in selling online classes as well... This gives you an idea of what our services are and how I would like to perceive the company. Right now I am using a web design I made myself and I feel like the colors are wrong, there is no incentive to leave their email address, it is not smartphone friendly, its just needs to be completely redone and I am very open to creative ideas and progression. I am of course on a budget as we are a start up company but I am willing to consider the designer for future expansion as well as I have another company I am building and will eventually need a designer. Currently my web hosting and design is done on WIX.
