graphic redesign of a simple Crystal Report rpt file

I have an old .rpt file, that is used to create a straight forward, simple report (no special progrmming is used). This rpt file needs to be redesigned to make it graphically more pleasing to the eye. There is minor programming required: a few datafields need to color red when the value is below/over/between another value; and some fields need to be hidden (already programmed in the old rpt file). In the new version, there need to be a few extra fields, these can be deducted from the files provided. There are i believe 13 subreports in the report. So, the work means implementing a new graphic design (front page and follow page, provided as an Indesign/PDF file) in an old CR 9 rpt file (provided, with mini access database) to create a new, fancy CR10 rpt file.
