Heat Loss Calculations and Rads Sizing

Heat Loss Calculation required for a Semi-Detached 4-bed House in UK> HLC for residential projects. This is for a full refurbishment, back to bear brick, period house - 4 bedrooms. New heating and plumbing Please let me know and the cost of the calculations. We are doing the design and we have CAD drawings available, U-Values, Floor Plan areas, Elevations for rads heights. We have elevations, U-Values for all new and old fabric upgrade and we have architectural details if required. You must be familiar with Building Regulation in the UK as this will be sent to Building Control England for approval.
