I run a fleet of heavy trucks and need a knowledgeable compliance partner who can both build and maintain our safety files. Deliverables • Complete, audit-ready Driver Qualification Files for every driver • HOS data migrated or set up in an electronic system with clear exception reports • A centralised vehicle-maintenance log that tracks inspections, repairs, and due dates • A simple monthly summary that shows compliance status and any emerging issues Acceptance criteria: all files must meet current FMCSA standards, be organised in a shareable digital folder, and pass an internal spot check.
