I have an animated banner, I'm looking to make the text on it dynamic based on a GET request and generate a .gif so a user can download it.
I have some ideas of where to research the structure of it, however, I know some of you guys can do it in < 15 minutes.
I won't attach the file here, but it's a really simple banner with animated text.
