Hello, Need a bootstrap portfolio that will allow users to fill in a form with information and images or videos and then submit that data to be saved to a sql database and added as a portfolio item. So the format for the project will be as follows: User fills out form -> form data saved to database -> new portfolio item is added -> user can click into item and view project details and images Similar to what is here: [login to view URL] Requirements: - no master page, individual pages with references to css/js if needed - Must use SQL connection strings - I will provide HTML code for form - There is a set UI of how I want it to be laid out that I will disclose as well
