Recreate Facebook Messenger for Windows

You guys may remember Facebook Messenger for Windows which was just discontinued on March 3rd. I am looking for someone who can recreate something just like it but using html frames of the website to do so. Basically the user will login on the app just like in the original program. Then it will log them into the real facebook. And the program will manipulate and capture the section of the website to show what is needed. So the software will strip the entire website But the right side and turn that into the windowed peice where they can see the ticker, and message the users. Then when they click someone to message it will open a small box and capture that html peice and output it in a small box where the chat is being taken place. What do you guys see is possible to recreate this? Essentially it will load the real facebook in the background but the code will only show certain snippets of the html to make it just show the right side of facebook and the chats in boxes. Preferably I would like freelancers who have used this application from facebook and know how it works.
