Create HTML and CSS file from screenshot of a small subset of elements of a webpage

I will send you a screenshot that captures a small subsection of a webpage. I require that you create a styled html file that matches the image. The elements I need converted to HTML are part of a popular website so you won’t have any problems inspecting the actual page stylesheet as well. The image reflects about 15-20 HTML elements and maybe a few more wrapper elements. Should be simple for frontend developer. PM me for screenshot sample.
I want you to manually build the html elements based on the provided screenshot, do not just copy source from the webpage because the page runs in react. I want to have clean and simple HTML with as few classes and html elements as possible. No bloat!
