1. Customer should only be able to see a form similar to Order Form sheet (i.e. no other sheets).
2. Should be shareable link/ form
3. Customer uses form to create an order
4. Check if customer exists via lookup or allow customer to create if new via form
5. Online form to be similar to Order Form Sheet
6. The setup fee to be calculated as per the Setup Fee table
7. On Place order,
a. Order details added to MNs sheet.
b. Deposit Details added to Deposit sheet
