I need assistance setting up [login to view URL] for project management. Key Requirements: - Custom Workflows: I want tailored workflows to optimize our project management process. - Dashboard Reporting: Set up comprehensive dashboard reporting for tracking progress and performance. - Automated Notifications: Implement automated notifications to keep team members updated on task progress and deadlines. - User Permissions: Configure user permissions to ensure data security and appropriate access levels for team members. - Integration with Tools: Set up integrations with essential tools like Slack, Google Calendar, and Trello for seamless workflow. - Time Tracking: Enable time tracking features to monitor time spent on various tasks and projects. - Training Sessions: Provide training sessions for team members to effectively use the [login to view URL] platform. - Template Creation: Develop project templates for repetitive tasks to save time and ensure consistency. - Data Import: Assist with importing existing project data into [login to view URL] to ensure a smooth transition. The platform will be used by a small team of 1-5 members. There are 3 to 4 of us in a small recruitment company that basically hires and runs around 35 hotels. Each hotel has similar characteristics and roles we fill as part of the process but we need some tables and data to keep track of what each hotel does so we can do weekly reports on them. There are 2 different clients, one of them with 5 hotels and the other client with 30 hotels. We hold different positions in each hotel and want to track the data within those hotels based on positions and how well they're doing. We also want to track our employees too and hold their data in [login to view URL] including documents etc. Ideal Skills: - Prior experience with [login to view URL] is a must. - Expertise in creating custom workflows on project management platforms. - Strong understanding of dashboard reporting.
