We're looking for Freelancers with previous experience in colating and preparing spreadsheet data for import into Multi-channel ecommerce systems. Knowledge of basic excel functions, ebay categories, ebay item specifics, Amazon categories, Amazon browse nodes, image handling, basic html are required. We're using the 'Volo' multi-channel ecommerce software (formerly esellerpro) which is a similar setup to 'Channel Advisor'. The project starts with an 'input' template with the fields required for populating the Volo inventory database. The fields include data for our webshop, ebay and Amazon listings. The data to populate these fields will be supplied in formats including spreadsheets, pdf documents and website url's depending on whats available for that particular product range. This first project will be a test to make sure you've understood what we're looking for and have the necessary skills. Once we find reliable people we can work with, their will be ongoing projects. Please bid for how much you will charge for the initial test project. This project will consist of 5 product items with around 20 fields for each item. We will be paying more attention the to the skills and reliability of the bidder, rather than the bid value. Quality and reliability is everything for us. The fact that we will automate the process will accelerate things with 0 error compared to manuel tasks (this is why I m not mentionneing my hourly rate).
