Purpose of app: This app has two purposes. Use satisfaction survey to guide happy customers to online review links and unhappy customers to a stop page and owner be notified to put out fire. Second is to find Net Promoter Score for individual technicians and Call takers Net promoter score. Other Apps like this?: Simular to [login to view URL] ask [login to view URL] has a similar way of finding NPS but only uses a email with one question to customers. My current site ([login to view URL]) has the satisfaction survey and guides happy customers to leave on line review and upset customers to a stop page. I want to put both of these concepts together in a form of a satisfaction survey like I currently have but also have the admin area for seeing NPS for technician and call taker Process of signing up and using: Business owner signs up, sets up all the information for the satisfaction survey, logo, business Name, Email, Review sites and technicians. After saving the info they will have a link to their satisfaction survey that was created with that information. They can now send customers to this survey via email link, or place the link on their website. Business owner will receive a email with results of each survey submission and also be able to log in to admin area and see NPS for technicians, overall calltekers, and Overall company wide. This data is built from the way people answer the question on the survey.
