As our background is not in web design or development we just wanted to throw something together to link to our domain.
We am looking to change the design a bit but still keep it simple. Small things like backgrounds, headings and usability.
- For the home page we just wanted a photo of Melbourne cities skyline and our company logo to fade in but the skyline and our colours to flow so we don’t mind changing the background.
- The current home page photo is grainy and looks cut off at the top and bottom, we also don’t want to be able to scroll up or down. Everything needs to be on one page for the homepage.
- We only want 4 tabs at the top for now and will expand on that in future but when the page loads it is orange in the background behind the tabs, not sure what that is.
- We would like a photo of an old version of Melbourne merging into todays city in the background on the history page, again, the logo to be seamless in the corner without a white backdrop.
- Also the history page to be one one page, no scrolling and the background to have no gaps at the top and bottom.
- The services page again needs to not scroll and have no gaps at the top and bottom. The buttons on this page currently lead you to the contact page which will in future open pages of our pervious works (we am working on getting professional photography done for these).
- The contact us page again needs to not scroll and flow as it looks too clunky right now.
For now if you can quote us on the above simple amendments, maybe we can work together.
In the near future we would like to do the following:
- Add at least 5 new pages with different information.
- Add links to Facebook, our location, Instagram, etc. to the contact page and make it responsive.
- Link Gmail, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, various emails and phone numbers.
- Make usability a lot easier and flow a lot better for the client.
