Web site for simple maintenance request

Development of a portal for the management of requests for intervention by a registered user, assignment and completion by the assigned operators.

The system provides for access to the portal via username and password authentication, users who log in will have access rights to the data and system functions based on the level of access policy.

User levels

Administrator

User with access to the administrative and supervisory functions of the system.

Client

User with access to the intervention Ticket opening area and reporting on the status of tickets under management.

Responsible

User with access to the list of tickets, possibility of management, fulfillment and assignment to operators.

Operator

User with access similar to Manager, but with only the functions of evasion of the tickets that have been assigned to him.

Intervention requests

The "Client" type user, by accessing the system, will be able to enter new intervention tickets and monitor the status of those previously entered.

Assignment of requests for action

Once the requests have been entered, the "Manager" users will be able to view the list of these tickets and assign them individually to an operator, who then accessing the system can complete the request.

Tickets can be assigned to a single operator, who can be modified as long as the request is in "New" or "Assigned" status

Processing of requests

The "Operator" user will have access to the list of tickets that have been assigned to him. By selecting the records, you will be able to access the detailed information and integrate it with the completion data.

At the end, the user can save the data temporarily or complete the request by setting the status as "Completed", this status can only be changed by a "Manager" user and set as "Assigned"
