- Client A
- Client “super” admin Access to current dashboard)
- Client manager (can access dashboard to manage his team jobs (job workflow for his team)) in his regions
- Client team (multiple teams per region)
- Client team member - only sees his calendar
- Client B
- Client “super” admin Access to current dashboard)
- Client manager (can access dashboard to manage his team jobs (job workflow for his team)) in his regions
- Client team (multiple teams per region)
- Client team member - only sees his calendar
- Client ...N
- Client “super” admin Access to current dashboard)
- Client manager (can access dashboard to manage his team jobs (job workflow for his team)) in his regions
- Client team (multiple teams per region)
- Client team member - only sees his calendar
High level workflow
A new job is created. Data about the client is captured. Status is automatically set to new
A job is scheduled for assessment. Status is automatically set to scheduled
Work entries are added to the job
The job then can be marked as assessed only once there is a work entry.
Assessed jobs are manually marked as quoted
A quoted job is manually set to either approved or rejected
Rejected jobs can be marked as invoiced
Approved jobs can be scheduled
Once scheduled, the job status is then moved to Repairing
A repairing job can manually be moved to complete only after a “resolution” not is entered
Completed jobs can manually be changed to “Invoiced” jobs
Invoiced jobs can be manually set to paid jobs
Then I will need small pages to manage:
Clocking system
Fuel spend management
meeting notes
