Hi, We are developing a medical application to host patients medical records into our repository. The application has been developed using Oracle ADF, Java, Mysql and GlassFish application server. We are now looking for a designer to design the front end screens(Figma, Photoshop, etc.) and then apply CSS/HTML (Bootstrap, etc.) to develop the front end pages. Please find attached (Document 1) screenshots of the existing screens of the application that we want to replace with something more attractive. You can login to the application in the URL below. [login to view URL] In the second document (Document 2), you will see a design that someone did but was not completed. You are welcome to come up with something similar or better that is nicer/cleaner an more attractive. Pls apply to the job answering the following: 1- Provide examples of previous design/front end development work. 2- How long it may take to do the design and the development. 3- Cost of the project. (FIXED PRICE). Experienced developers with the best quotation and time frame to do the job will be invited for an interview.

Hi! For a website like this, the UI can be much improved than "Document 2" That you attached. It should also be very quick and easy to use, as healthcare worker are usually busy all the time and need to add these records as quickly and easily as possible. For this purpose, I'll use Single Page Application technology (SPA). This can be done with the help of the famous JavaScript Library (ReactJs). I will also use TailwindCSS to create nice design.
