I already run HubSpot Sales Pro for our bootcamp education company and now I’m ready to unlock the Hubspot Marketing Pro side. I need a specialist who can jump in, configure the key modules, and leave us with a clean, easy-to-maintain system. Some exmaple: • Status-Triggered Email Sequences – when a rep updates Lead Status in the CRM, launch the right nurturing or conversion workflow automatically. • Lead Scoring – build a model that blends demographic, behavioural, and engagement signals so my team sees the hottest prospects first. • Hot-Lead Slack Alerts – the moment someone crosses the score threshold, fire an actionable Slack notification to the sales channel. • Webinar Automation – automate registration, reminder emails, post-event follow-ups, and attribution reporting. What I can provide • Existing HubSpot portal with Sales Pro/CRM fully active. •Lead data, current lifecycle stages, and our typical buyer journey. • Branding assets and copy drafts for emails and landing pages. What I need from you 1. A clear implementation plan with estimated hours. 2. Workflow builds, property setup, and any custom code or integrations required (Slack, Zoom, etc.). 3. Testing, QA, and a short hand-off session so my team can maintain everything confidently. 4. Documentation outlining the scoring matrix and workflow logic.
