I would need you to help me to select a Data Scientist

we want you to find a Data Scientist that will work as a contractor for us: The project is: I need you to oversee the building of a data dashboard and to advice about how to create a routine around the dashboard. We want to create an online advertising dashboard (this will be done by programmers but following the hints given by our Data Scientist) 2) hire contractors with a background of watching dashboards and making decisions (similar to finantial brokers 3) create a routine that these brokers can follow, teach them that routine, and create a monitor system for the brokers.
