MEP Design & Shop Drawings Needed

I am looking for support on a series of fit-out and new-build projects that range from townhouses and villas to small office spaces. What I need is complete MEP design, full coordination with the architectural fit-out package, and clean shop drawings—all without the fire-fighting (PCCC) scope. Scope of work • Develop coordinated MEP layouts and calculations for power, lighting, data, HVAC, and plumbing. • Produce fully detailed shop drawings ready for site installation. • Resolve clashes with architectural and interior fit-out drawings before submission. • Deliver files in AutoCAD (and Revit if you are comfortable) plus PDF sets for approval. Acceptance criteria • Drawings are layered, dimensioned, and annotated in English or Vietnamese as required. • All services align with local codes except the fire-protection items, which are explicitly excluded. • A final coordinated model/drawing package is issued with no outstanding RFIs. If you have recent experience on similar residential or office fit-out projects, please share a brief portfolio and your estimated turnaround time for each drawing package.
