Drawing silouettes for several aerobics positions

We need to let the reader understand with graphics the correct way to perform each exercise. You are provided with a very simple sketch of the first exercises called "The Typical Warm-up". This set of exercises will show in the first step to run in place, and the graphic needs to show movement like one knee and the opposite arm high, or like in the step 5, arm curls forward and backward. These graphics need to show that curling movement. It is strongly recommended to carefully read the steps of each exercise in order for you to get the whole picture and know how to make the graphic correctly. Below you will find the steps for the mentioned exercises. Most of them will need one graphic per step, but that will depend on the description.
