Nonprofit golf program (for players)

I'm looking for someone to build a golf program to give to players for a nonprofit golf fundraiser. Design should be booklet style, we have about 5-6 pages of content including sponsors, logos for them, etc. We'll need to stretch this out some to 8 pages - The dimensions will be 8.5x11 half sheets (i.e. 8.5x5.5 pages). This is for a local Rotary club, if you are familiar with Rotary International and the good they have done throughout the world you can easily fill the extra space with stories about International projects (even some by you perhaps). I HAVE to be able to edit this when done, I'd prefer this be done in Microsoft Publisher - I can provide access via remote desktop to publisher if required (I'd suggest instead you download a trial of Office 2010 with Publisher in there). I could also accept Photoshop but with the graphics on pages this probably would not work due to the size of the file you'd have to upload. I don't have inDesign or PageMaker so since I can't edit those formats I don't want bidders who suggest that. BIDDING WILL END EARLY AND A BIDDER SELECTED EARLY. PMB a brochure / program you've done in the past - This MUST be completed within 24 hours from bid selection.
