Logo Enhancement and Conversion

I need a freelancer to enlarge, sharpen, and convert my logo to a black-on-white format. The logo is not currently in a standard format (it's a pdf) and I do not have a high-resolution version. I need a sharp image at 1200mm square to import into laser cutting software. I need to get rid of the different shades of gold and have a solid black on white image. Requirements: - Enlarge and sharpen the existing logo - Convert to black on white - Deliver in a standard format (preferably PNG or SVG) but NOT A TRANSPARENCY Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in image processing - Experience with logo design and conversion - Ability to work with non-standard formats Thank you
