I’ll provide a simple shot list for every location; you bring the camera, tripod, and a keen eye for composition and natural light. If you already use Lightroom or a similar tool, that’s perfect—just export everything in web and print sizes before handing them over. Turnaround speed, clear communication, and reliability on the agreed schedule are essential, as multiple properties will be lined up each month.
