The Claw Model (MGMT WORLWIDE LTD) Registered office: 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom The Claw Model is a model management agency based in Paris, as part of our expansion in London, we are looking for a freelance lawyer to fill the essential roles of Authorising Officer (AO) and Non-Executive Director (NED) Main tasks As a freelance lawyer, you will be responsible for: -Overseeing and managing the company’s visa sponsorship commitments with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). -Ensuring compliance with legal requirements to ensure the sponsor license is obtained. -Managing visas for models and other international collaborators. Education: -Qualified lawyer, with a solid knowledge of UK law (1-3 years of experience recommended). -Languages: Fluent English required. Fluency in French would be an advantage. -Location: Based in London, with a good knowledge of local rules and procedures. Key skills: -Expertise in immigration procedures and visa sponsorship. -Rigor, professional ethics and organizational skills. -Ability to work autonomously and flexibly.
