Implement google ajax search api

Implementing google ajax search api.

We have 2 database's with the following

Database 1 only text string per record with about 1000 records

Database 2 only url about 20.000 records

We need from you to create a google api that will check if the textstring from database 1 is on the url(complete website) in database 2

Then if yes or no write yes or no in new database
