As part of clinical trial recruitment for our studies, we are looking for physicians who are interested in expanding their day-to-day work by securing patient referrals through physician outreach for active research studies. Physicians will be responsible for contacting other physicians and medical professionals across the field of pulmonary medicine to inquire about their patient population and request that they refer applicable patients to relevant studies. Physician Advisor should be assertive, dynamic and open to establish a constant flow of communication with target professionals and internal teams using online tools. You’ll have the chance to directly impact the outcomes of patients and the clinical trial as a whole while you interact and grow your local professional network.

Physician outreach includes the following:

Implementing Leapcure’s process for contacting physicians and receiving referrals

Calling, emailing, and following up with physicians, public and private medical centers/hospitals, personal practices, and physical therapists from a list provided to you by the Leapcure team

Add to the initial list more professionals to contact as the project progresses.

Speaking to physicians in depth about the clinical trial opportunity

Offer insights to Leapcure team about physician outreach process, study details that can incentivize physician participation, and methods to increase patient referrals

Meeting with Leapcure team members on a weekly basis to share updates on physician outreach.
