I run an influencer-marketing agency that specialises in turning Instagram attention into verifiable sales for our clients. We now need an additional pair of expert hands to help us source, vet, and activate macro-influencers in the 100 K–1 M follower range so we can scale a new product launch. The work revolves entirely around Instagram: finding creators whose audiences match the brief, negotiating fair, performance-based deals, overseeing content delivery, and monitoring conversions through tracked links, promo codes, or Shopify/GA dashboards. Expect daily communication with both creators and our internal paid-media squad so that the organic and paid angles remain in sync. Key deliverables • A vetted shortlist of 20-30 suitable macro-influencers, complete with audience insights and estimated CPM/CPE • Negotiated collaboration terms and signed agreements for at least five creators per campaign wave • A live content calendar, approval workflow, and UTM-based tracking sheet to prove sales attribution • Post-campaign report highlighting ROI, lessons learned, and optimisation suggestions Familiarity with CreatorIQ, GRIN, or similar discovery tools is a plus, but strong manual research skills and an eye for authentic engagement matter more. If you’ve previously driven measurable sales through Instagram partnerships and can jump straight into outreach, you’ll fit right in.
