Your task is straightforward: • Pin-point local service businesses (think neighbourhood restaurants, wellness clinics, plumbers, salons and similar outfits that rely on footfall or bookings). • Start meaningful conversations on Instagram—story replies, DMs, comment threads—whichever tactic converts best. You may complement this with email or LinkedIn touch-points, but Instagram remains the primary channel. • Secure a discovery call directly into my calendar and hand the lead over; I’ll close the sale. Commission structure is clean: 15–20 % of the first month’s retainer paid by each new client you source. A ₹30 k package booked by you translates to ₹4.5–6 k straight into your pocket, with no earnings cap. To keep things transparent, a lead is considered successful once the prospect completes the call and submits their first payment. I’ll share current service decks, DM templates, a Calendly link, and KPI sheets so you can track performance in real time. If you already have an outreach workflow or tools (CRM, automation, scraping extensions), feel free to plug them in—just stay compliant with Instagram’s limits and keep messaging personalised.
