I run a high-performing retail floor at Target and want to level-up my experienced sales staff with a concise, results-oriented training package. The focus is purely on sales training—no market analysis or generic customer-service refreshers—zeroing in on two pillars: • Deep product knowledge: modules that turn every associate into a category authority, complete with quick-reference job aids and scenario-based quizzes. • Customer relationship management: interactive exercises and role-plays that reinforce consultative selling, upsell timing, and seamless hand-offs between in-store and our CRM. The team already knows the basics, so the program must skip elementary concepts and dive straight into advanced techniques, objection-handling drills, and data-driven follow-ups. I’ll supply brand guidelines and product specs; you translate them into a tight training flow—slide deck, facilitator notes, and participant workbook—ready to upload to our LMS or deliver live via Zoom. Acceptance criteria 1. Content aligns with provided product sheets and Target’s guest-experience standards. 2. Each module includes learning objectives, 15–20 minutes of instruction, and an assessment scoring at least 80 % pass-rate in beta tests. 3. All files delivered in editable formats (PowerPoint, Word, or Google Workspace) plus a PDF master.
