I need a United-Kingdom-based IP consultant or agent to stand in as my official representative before the UKIPO. Your main remit is to shepherd a set of UK Registered Design applications from submission through to grant while using your own UK address for formal correspondence. Key deliverables • File the designs online through UKIPO’s e-service. • Receive and promptly forward every official communication. • Action minor formality corrections or clarifications as soon as they arise. Proven, hands-on experience dealing directly with UKIPO communications is non-negotiable; please highlight recent design matters you have handled. Day-to-day updates should land in my inbox—email is the preferred (and only) channel for this project. Once the design filings are safely underway there is scope to extend our collaboration into patent filing, so familiarity with that process will be viewed as a bonus. You must already be located in the UK and communicate clearly and reliably. If you meet these points, I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
