This will be an online form that responds to quantity and adds the total cost of each item on right, and a grand total at the bottom right. Once submitted, the detailed information will be e-mailed to the company.
It will be used on the company's "Dealer Login" page.
There is a spreadsheet below with most of the information. There will be slight differences.
HERE IS WHAT'S DIFFERENT FROM THE SPREADSHEET
Since this is for wholesale customers, the prices need to be different to reflect the discount.
-They need to be able to add their discount (i.e. 40%) at the top and see a discounted calculation on their totals.
-The discount price needs to be added between the "MSRP" and "Line Total" sections. It will be calculated from the static MSRP and their input discount.
WHAT IS THE SAME FROM THE SPREADSHEET
Most things need to have a similar look and feel.
-I need to be able to update prices, add products, and remove products easily.
-Putting something into each field will not be mandatory. What is mandatory is the "Bill To" information.
-As of now, the fields with "NA" are products that are not offered in that color. But they may be added later. I need to be able to open up that field up in the future if they add that color, but they do not need to be able to add quantities for now. I will let you decide how best to do that.
-The layout should be similar to the spreadsheet, but it does not have to be exact. For example, the information at the top does not have to be layout side by side.
