I need a kitchen design for an open-plan commercial kitchen with 60-100 covers to fit in an existing space. The design will cover two spaces - the open plan kitchen plus a wet/dirty kitchen in a separate section for dishwashing/prep/food storage.
The design, however, needs to also have a look like a residential kitchen - the concept is more like eating at someone’s home, comfortable and casual. Food will be fine dining with a limited selection of frequently changing menu items.
You must have had experience in commercial kitchen design and be aware of the requirements based on food style and cover number. Ideally, you will also have had experience in high end home kitchen design.
Please provide examples of work previously done and references for similar work.
