I have extensive experience with full-house redecorations and understand the importance of thorough preparation to achieve a crisp, durable finish throughout. I’ll carefully repair cracks, failed tape joints, and water-stained areas before applying two solid coats of ultra-white emulsion to ceilings and a hard-wearing neutral emulsion to all walls, with spot priming as required. Bathrooms and the en-suite will be treated with an anti-mould system such as Perma-White to ensure long-term protection in high-moisture areas. All woodwork will be lightly sanded and finished using the full Aquaguard system, including primer/undercoats and a satin topcoat for a smooth, modern result. I supply all labour, fillers, and sundries, protect floors and fittings, and leave the property clean and tidy at the end of each day. I’m happy to visit the empty property to confirm scope, provide a realistic schedule, and share photos of similar whole-house projects I’ve completed.
