I am looking for a long-term virtual assistant to help with office management and project management. This position will average 5 hours a day to start with a possibility of increasing over time.
This is strictly an at-will position (can be terminated by either party with notice) and a NDA/NCC will be required. No benefits (medical, dental, etc) are available for this position. The first payment will be through Freelancer (to close out the project). Subsequent payments will be made bi-weekly through PayPal.
I'm looking for an assistant to start immediately. An email address will be provided for you through my company. Depending on the bids, I may hire more assistants as well. All assistants hired initially will be on a trial basis. As I am looking for a long-term business relationship, this needs to be a good fit for all involved.

Skype (this is required for calls and texts)

Website Design (knowledge of HTML, PHP, AJAX, etc with access to appropriate programs)
Availability: 9am - 5pm GMT+1 London, Monday - Friday, some weekends required (a schedule will be worked out once hired)
Office Management, including:
Receptionist (answering calls, customer service, call screening, transfers, forwarding, check voicemails, etc)
Outbound Sales Calling
Reminders/Follow-ups (with customers and myself)
Event Planning (promotions, meetings, etc)
Email Sorting/Task Management
Birthdays/Anniversaries/Important Client Dates
Other Miscellaneous Office Tasks
Website Management, including:
Website Creation & Maintenance
Shopping Cart Setup
CMS Setup (Wordpress, Joomla, etc)
Other Miscellaneous Website Tasks
